BetterTable provides a platform for foodservice operations to reduce waste and improve sustainability through mobile apps, training, and audits.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the BetterTable platform, including all related websites, mobile applications, software, content, products, and services provided by Better Table Solutions Inc.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Users must register with accurate information and maintain confidential credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Unauthorized sharing of account credentials is prohibited
• You agree to promptly update your registration information if it changes
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or incomplete information

• Disrupt platform operations or interfere with other users' access
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Use automated scraping tools or bots to extract data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Share screenshots, reports, or proprietary content without written permission
• Use AI or automated tools to extract data without explicit consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

You retain ownership of your User Content while granting BetterTable a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use uploaded data for platform improvement, analytics, and service delivery.

Personal data remains anonymized when used for benchmarking and research. We will not sell, rent, or share your personally identifiable User Content with third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) excluding applicable taxes. All payments are non-refundable except where legally required or as stated in our Refund Policy.

For subscription services, billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

BetterTable owns all platform intellectual property including software, designs, trademarks, logos, course content, and documentation.

Users cannot copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission. The BetterTable name, logo, BonAppify, and all related marks are trademarks of Better Table Solutions Inc.

Better Table Solutions Inc. limits its total aggregate liability to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

In no event shall BetterTable be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Negotiation: Good-faith negotiation for 30 days
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, mediation in Vancouver, BC
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC

Class action lawsuits and representative actions are excluded.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breaches, legal orders, or harmful conduct. When feasible, we provide 7 days' notice.

Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability, disputes) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
